Acceptance of Terms

By browsing this site, contacting the studio, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase artwork.

Original Artwork

All works offered for sale are one-of-a-kind originals. Colors and texture may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor calibration and the natural qualities of the medium. Pieces are sold as-is.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; the studio never sees or stores your full card details.

Shipping

Delivery typically takes 8 to 20 business days from purchase, depending on your location and the chosen carrier. Each piece is carefully packed for transit. Tracking is provided when available.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their destination country. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

If a piece arrives damaged, please contact the studio within 7 days of delivery with photos of the artwork and packaging so we can address the issue with the carrier.

Refunds & Returns

The only exception is damage in transit, which is handled as described under Shipping above.

Commissions

Custom commissions are accepted on a limited basis. The process is structured around three payments and a clear timeline so both sides know what to expect.

Payment schedule

1. $100 USD deposit — due to secure your commission slot on the calendar. Refundable if you decide not to proceed before confirmation of concept; otherwise credited toward your final payment.
2. 40% second payment — calculated on the final price of the piece, which is confirmed in writing at this stage along with the concept (composition, palette, and references).
3. 60% final balance — due prior to shipping. The completed piece ships once the final payment clears.

Timeline

Expected turnaround is 3 to 6 months from confirmation of the concept, depending on size, complexity, and the studio's current queue. The artist will keep you updated as the work progresses.

Revisions & approvals

The concept stage includes reasonable back-and-forth to settle direction. Once the concept is confirmed and the second payment is made, the piece is executed as agreed; significant changes after that point may require a new commission.

Cancellation

You may cancel a commission at any time. If you cancel before confirmation of concept, the $100 deposit is fully refunded. Once the concept is confirmed and the 40% second payment is made, the piece is already in progress and no amounts are refundable from that point forward.

Intellectual Property

The artist retains copyright and reproduction rights to all artwork, including commissioned pieces, unless otherwise agreed in writing. You receive the physical original and the right to display it privately. Commercial reproduction requires a separate license.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the artist's liability for any claim relating to an artwork is limited to the amount you paid for it. The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the artist's place of business. Any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and, where possible, through good-faith communication first.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Orders are governed by the version of the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
